Brian Munroe

Township Supervisor

Mr. Munroe is currently serving on the Board of Supervisors. Munroe, a resident of Warminster of more than 10 years, is a former Radnor police officer, Navy veteran, and Firefighter/EMT. He brings his more than 10 years of experience as a police officer and police supervisor to the Board.

Ms. Frescatore is currently serving as Assistant Treasurer of the Board of Supervisors. She has resided in Warminster for 33 years. She was the former chairwoman of Warminster Township’s Communications Board. In addition, Katherine was a volunteer coach for a variety of Warminster’s Intramural sports teams for 27 years. She coached boys’ baseball, boys’ and girls’ basketball and girls’ softball.

Andrew Dixon

School Board Director - region 3

Andrew Dixon is currently the Chair of the Environmental Advisory Council of Warminster Township.  He has spent his entire professional career working in education as educator and advocate.  He earned a Masters Degree from Temple University in 2006 in English Literature, and is currently an adjunct professor of English literature at Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ.  He also works as a staff representative for the American Federation of Teachers, with a particular focus on issues in higher education in New Jersey.  Dixon lives in Warminster with his wife, Anna Peak, and their son Harlan. Andrew will start his 4 year term as a School Board Director in 2018!

Tara Pellegrino

Tara Pellegrino has dedicated her life to ensuring students have access to a high quality, 21st century skills based education. Her experience and educational background will lend a unique and pertinent skill set to the Centennial School Board. Tara is an experienced teacher in Chester County and the mother of a 3rd grader at Willowdale elementary who has a vested interest in the quality of the Cenntennial School District. She is also graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (cum laude) and is currently working towards her MA from La Salle University in Bilingual/Bicultural Studies. She is fluent in Spanish. Tara will start her 4 year term as a School Board Director in 2018!

Judy Hoover

Township Auditor

Judy Hoover is exceptionally qualified to be an Auditor for Warminster Township.  She is a retired member of (AFSCME), where she served in various capacities:  19 years as a Local Business Agent; 26 years as an AFSCME DC47 Delegate; 25 years as a Union Steward; Several terms as a Union Trustee; 18 Years as a Health & Welfare Fund Trustee; 6 years as a Legal Services Trustee; 4 years as a Legislative Coordinator.  She is trained by AFSCME International in fiduciary trust issues for Treasures and Auditors.  Judy has trained yearly with the Independent Employee Benefits Foundation and holds a Masters certificate with that group in Public Employee Benefit Trusts.    Judy worked for the City of Philadelphia for twelve years as a Real Property Evaluator.  She lives in the Meadow Woods section of Warminster and has two grandchildren who attend Willowdale. She also serves on the Warminster Parks and Rec Board and is a member of the Friends of the Parks and Friends of Library as well as several other non-profit groups. Judy will start her 4 year term as Auditor in 2018!
