Brian Munroe

Brian Munroe has spent all of his adult life serving his community. He was elected as State Representative in 2022 and 2024. He previously served as Bucks County Clerk of Courts.
After becoming a volunteer firefighter and emergency medical technician at age 17, Rep. Munroe enlisted in the United States Navy at 20. He served aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt during the Bosnia-Herzegovina conflict, and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Southwest Asia Service Medal, the Sea Service Deployment Ribbon, the Navy Unit Commendation, the Armed Forces Service Medal, and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Medal.
Rep. Munroe pursued a career in law enforcement after his military service, becoming an officer for the Radnor Township Police Department in 2001. He attained the rank of corporal, and during his years of community policing he received commendations from Congressman Kurt Weldon and Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
A severe car crash and resulting surgeries ended his police career prematurely in 2011, but Rep. Munroe maintained his commitment to public service. In 2015 he ran successfully for a seat on the Warminster Township Board of Supervisors, where he has been an advocate for open space, green redevelopment, and meeting the needs of the police department.
Kathy Frescatore
Township Supervisor
Ms. Frescatore is currently serving as Chair of the Board of Supervisors. She has resided in Warminster for 33 years. She was the former chairwoman of Warminster Township’s Communications Board. In addition, Katherine was a volunteer coach for a variety of Warminster’s Intramural sports teams for 27 years. She coached boys’ baseball, boys’ and girls’ basketball and girls’ softball. Ms. Frescatore was elected to the Board of Supervisors in 2015 and 2021, and previously served as Vice Chair.
Ken Hayes
Township Supervisor
Kenneth Hayes is presently serving as Vice Chairman of the Board of Supervisors. Prior to his election to the Board of Supervisors in January 2020, he served as chair of the Warminster Township Environmental Advisory Council, former chair and member of the Budget Committee, member of the Pension Investment Committee, and an alternate on the Planning Commission. Ken has resided in Warminster Township for 25 years.
Judy Hoover

Judy Hoover is a retired member of (AFSCME), where she served in various capacities: 19 years as a Local Business Agent; 26 years as an AFSCME DC47 Delegate; 25 years as a Union Steward; Several terms as a Union Trustee; 18 Years as a Health & Welfare Fund Trustee; 6 years as a Legal Services Trustee; 4 years as a Legislative Coordinator. She is trained by AFSCME International in fiduciary trust issues for Treasures and Auditors. Judy has trained yearly with the Independent Employee Benefits Foundation and holds a Masters certificate with that group in Public Employee Benefit Trusts. Judy worked for the City of Philadelphia for twelve years as a Real Property Evaluator. She lives in the Meadow Woods section of Warminster and has two grandchildren who attend Willowdale. She also serves on the Warminster Parks and Rec Board and is a member of the Friends of the Parks and Friends of Library as well as several other non-profit groups. Judy was elected as a Township Auditor in 2017 and Township Supervisor in 2019. She currently serves as Township Secretary.

Chuck Heybach is a lifelong Warminster resident and member of the Local 690 Plumbers Union. A wrestling coach, Chuck was named Catholic League Coach of the Year in 2017. He is proud to work with at-risk students, teaching discipline, teamwork, and responsibility. Chuck decided to run for Supervisor to continue the support fiscal stability, oversee environmental concerns, and sustain the many great improvements the current Democrats on the Board of Supervisors have implemented. He currently serves as Treasurer.
Mary Owens

Mary Owens is a 20-year resident of Warminster Township and graduate of Bucks County Community College. She is the Lead Union Business Representative of UFCW 1776 and was the first female produce manager in Acme Markets in the Philadelphia region. She has previously served as Township Auditor.

Patti Crossan is a lifetime Warminster resident who has raised her family in the Centennial School District. She is currently a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT.) having worked for Abington Memorial Hospital and presently for an Insurance company assisting patients with medication services, member of Pennsylvania Farm Bureau for 10 years, and works with seniors to obtain library books. Patti was elected to the Centennial Board of School Directors in 2019 and has served as Board President.
TONY SADOWSKI

Tony Sadowski has been a Warminster resident since 2008. Father of two Centennial students, he has been an active volunteer in our schools for many years. He has an M.S. in Digital Marketing from Temple’s Fox School of Business and studied Communications at Elizabethtown College. Tony joined the Centennial Board of School Directors in 2021, and has served as liaison to McDonald Elementary and Klinger Middle School, liaison to Centennial Education Foundation and PSBA, and on the Operations and Policy Committees. He is Secretary of the Warminster Township Free Library Advisory Board and a member of the Parks & Recreation Committee. Tony is also Vice President of Craven Hall Historical Society.
KRISTA DIPAOLO

Krista DiPaolo has been a resident of Ivyland for the past 27 years. She has been married to her husband, Salvatore, for 25 years. Sal is the Borough Council President of Ivyland Borough. They have two daughters, Adeline (junior at American University) and Alexandria (junior at William Tennent High School). Krista has been a very active volunteer in our school community in a variety of roles for many years, including the Parent Advisory Committee, Home & School Association, and the Marching Band Booster Club. For the past 21 years, she has been a pediatric Occupational Therapist, currently working for the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit #23. She evaluates and treats children aged 3 to 5 who receive special education services. Krista grew up in Philadelphia, and attended George Washington High School, Rutgers University (B.A. in English), and Philadelphia University (now Jefferson University, M.S. in Occupational Therapy).

Jane is a proud 40+ year resident of Warminster Township - widowed, 3 Sons, 2 daughters-in-law, 5 grandchildren, 1 great-granddaughter. Six family members graduated from Centennial School District! This her 18th year of service to CSD, and she has served 5 terms as Board President. Dedicated to serving our community, Jane has been Chairwoman of the Warminster Township Supervisors, part of the Parks & Recreation and Zoning Hearing Boards, and cofounded Warminster Soccer Club.

With 45 years of financial services experience, Karen Krieger’s expertise is in budgets and financial operations, business analysis and program management. She is a member of the Warminster Pension Board committee, a member of the Villas of Five Ponds Board of Directors, and a volunteer for Ollie's Orchestra. Karen was widowed at the age of 39 and raised two daughters through college and graduate school. She is a 9/11 survivor of the World Trade Center terrorist attacks. As the grandmother of a severely disabled child, she understands the importance of meeting the educational needs of all children.

Nicole Rinier is a lifelong resident of Warminster Township. She attended K-12 through Centennial School District and is a proud graduate of William Tennent High School. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree at Temple University, Tyler School of Art, and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Public Policy (MPP) degrees at Brandeis University. She started her career in social services, working and volunteering for local nonprofit organizations and have a strong commitment to public service. Before becoming Tax Collector, she spent two years serving as Chief of Staff to State Representative Brian Munroe and as a member of the Warminster Planning Commission.

Jayne Taylor is a Warminster Township Auditor. Also, she is a lifelong resident of Warminster and a retired woman-owned retail-business for over 20 years. Having raised three children in the Centennial School district, she cares deeply about Warminster. She is currently a real estate investor and a committee person for the “Speedway” District 3. Jayne enjoys attending meetings for the Centennial School Board, Warminster Township, Warminster Parks and Recreation, WTDO, WAWC, and Warminster First.

In 2021, Nikki Verwoerd switched to a career in public service and received her Master in Public Administration from the UPenn, Fels Institute of Government. Currently, she works to help Bucks County seniors and families obtain safe and affordable housing. Nikki has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate as a property manager responsible for multi-million dollar budgets, building maintenance, construction projects, and union employees. She holds a B.S. in Business from CUNY and a Master Certificate in Real Estate Finance from NYU. Nikki lives in Warminster with her husband, their 2 daughters, and their golden retriever Stella.
